DEVICE OF PREVENTING DATA DAMAGE

PURPOSE: A data damage preventing device of a data transmitter is provided to prevent data from being damaged at power error. CONSTITUTION: A data transmitter apparatus comprises a power supply(100), a circuit pack(200), and a switch(300). The power supply(100) supplies a power, and the circuit pack(200) generates data to send the data. The switch(300) is coupled between the power supply(100) and the circuit pack(200). The circuit pack(200) comprises a data damage preventing circuit which consists of a power sensing device(210), an output control circuit(220) and an output device(230). The power sensing device(210) generates a power state error signal when error occurs at the power supplied from the power supply(100). The output control circuit(220) generates a data output stop signal in response to the power state error signal. The output device(230) interrupts data output according to the data output stop signal, and stores the data output state.
