PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent of hyperhidrosis is provided which can treat the hyperhidrosis by administering orally for from 3 days to 27 days, without any side effect or recurrence. The therapeutic agent overcomes problems or side effects, which the prior arts have, such as burning, dysphoria cutitis etc. CONSTITUTION: The therapeutic agent of hyperhidrosis comprises an effective amount of a composition comprising the following elements: 20-40 pts.wt. of Gypsum Fibrosum, 5-20 pts.wt. of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, 1-5 pts.wt. of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 3-10 pts.wt. of Fructus Oryzae and 500 pts.wt. of water. Preferably, a preparation method of the agent for dosage comprises the steps of: adding 30 g of the soft Gypsum Fibrosum, 10 g of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, 3 g of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 6 g of Fructus Oryzae and 500 ml of water to a proper container; extracting by heating slowly at low temperature; filtering the extract to obtain 150 ml of the filtrate, when the Fructus Oryzae is boiled well.
