REDUNDANCY CELL OF MEMORY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: A redundancy cell of a memory device is provided to be used commonly in all the blocks of the memory device by forming a global redundancy cell block by integrating redundancy cells which are made to be used only in each block. CONSTITUTION: A redundancy cell formed in each block in a memory cell formed in the unit of block is globalized, and thus all blocks(10) can use a global redundancy cell block(30) in common. Thus, in case that each block has many defects, it can be repaired by being replaced with a redundancy cell, as repairing by enabling the global redundancy cell block in case that any block has a defect. Therefore, the repair rate can be improved by accessing with other cell in the global redundancy cell block in case that one redundancy cell has a defect.
