PURPOSE: A lever lock for a front door is provided to reduce the cost for installing extra combinable door lock by enabling double locking, and promptly and easily lock and unlock. CONSTITUTION: In a lever lock for a front door having a box assembly wherein latch bolt and dead bolt are laid, and inner and outer plates wherein levers(6) are laid, an operation tool(22) slidably installed in the upper part of the inner plate(10) for being controlled its position by a spring(24), the upper end part of a protrusion piece(28) rotating at a regular radius on axis of a shaft pin(26) connected in a rear end part of the operation tool, and a protrusion groove(36) formed in a supporting frame opposite to the lower end part of the protrusion piece formed around a thumbturn pipe(30) in the state of locking a thumbturn(18).
