PURPOSE: An X-ray detecting device is provided to reduce an off-current by decreasing the leakage current of a thin film transistor(TFT) driving the X-ray detecting device. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detecting device comprises a photoelectric converting unit, a charge storing unit and a switching unit. The photoelectric converting unit receives X-ray light and generates a charge according to the quantity of the received light to increase the quantity of a storage capacitor(S) of the X-ray detecting device. The charge storing unit includes a pixel electrode(62) for collecting the charge generated from the photoelectric converting unit, contacting a first storage electrode, a dielectric layer evaporated on the first storage electrode, a second storage electrode(60) on the dielectric layer and the whole area of the second storage electrode. The switching unit controls a discharge of the charge stored in the storage capacitor. |
