PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimally suppress the execution time of a receiving operation in addition to surely acquiring control information to itself without omission and to extend a waiting time. SOLUTION: Received control information is stored in a control information storage area 8a. In a control part 16, a head control information comparing means 16a compares the first word of a message that is newly received by a receiver 21 with the control information that is stored in the area 8a. As a result of this comparison, when the control information that is the same as the new control information is stored in the area 8a, a power supply control means 16b of the part 16 disconnects power supply to the receiver 21 over a prescribed period that is defined within the range that does not interfere with the receiving of the next message, and a control information acquiring means 16c does not acquire control information. |
