PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling air conditioning of a vehicle is provided to easily and efficiently control the indoor air conditioning of the vehicle when respectively performing air conditioning at a front wheel and a real wheel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling air conditioning of a vehicle including a control button part(1) for setting air conditioning signal, a front indoor sensor(2) for sensing the indoor temperature of the front seat, a main control unit(3) controlling the input signal from the control button part for outputting air conditioning driving signal, mounted in the inside of a front hood of a front seat; an insolation sensor(4) for sensing insolation amount, an outdoor temperature sensor(5) for sensing the outdoor temperature, mounted in the front of the front seat; and a blower motor, a damper part having a discharging damper and a mode damper motor, and a heater(7) driven in the lower part of the rear seat, wherein the apparatus for controlling air conditioning of the vehicle includes a rear wheel control unit(8) for controlling indoor air conditioning of the rear wheel, and a second indoor temperature sensor(9) for sensing the indoor temperature, mounted in the upper part of the rear seat.
