PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a steel fiber for reinforcing concrete is provided to improve the resistance of bend or shock by manufacturing the basic material densing for improving the stiffness of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a steel fiber for reinforcing concrete comprises : a process of molding the basic material(1) supplied from a supply part(5) to several lines into the basic material(1') of plain section type or plain section type of a track by passing through a rolling machine(2) rotating an upper roller(21) forming several projection parts and a lower roller(22) of plain moving type ; a process of molding the basic material(1') into a waveform material(1'') having the side section of a waveform by passing through a bending part(3) forming up-and-down rollers(31)(32) ; a process of cutting a waveform material(1'') in the predetermined length by a cutter(4) passing through.
