PURPOSE: A structure of a wire ring protector of a vehicle is provided to make the tolerance management easy and to prevent the movement by separating a mount plate of the protector from a body and by changing the structure variable by the mounting plate and to prevent the vertical movement and the breakaway of the mounting plate by providing a moving path of the mounting plate. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a wire ring protector of a vehicle includes an upper plate(12), a body(10) mounted at the lower portion of the upper plate and having a guide rail(24), a guide(20) disposed at the right side of the body and a mounting plate(26) separated from the body and fit connected into the guide rail in a laterally movable manner. The guide has a jaw(22) formed at the end to prevent the breakaway of the mounting plate.
