PURPOSE: A circuit for preventing mischievous call on an elevator is provided to prevent unmanned running of the elevator by automatically cancelling the call when there is no passenger inside the elevator and to prevent the stop of the elevator at a called floor when there is no passenger after a call button is pressed. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for preventing mischievous call on an elevator includes a sensor(5) having an output terminal connected to an input terminal of a flip-flap(3) through an inverter(2), a selection button(10) or a call button connected to the other input terminal of the flip-flap, an AND gate(4) having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the sensor, which does not pass through inverter and the output terminal of the flip-flap, and an elevator main controller(6) connected to an output terminal of the AND gate.
