AN AUTOMATIC SOLDERING MACHINE FOR DY BOARD

PURPOSE: An automatic soldering device of a deflection yoke terminal board is provided to perform automatically a soldering process for terminal boards of both sides of a deflection yoke body. CONSTITUTION: A jig plate(7) is fixed at a deflection yoke body(1). A refractive link(9) is inserted into both sides of the jig plate(7) to be connected with a cylinder(10). The deflection yoke body(1) is rotated as much as 90 degrees by the refractive link(9). A port is installed at both sides of a solder case to solder a terminal board(13) of the deflection yoke body(1). A cylinder is installed at one end of the port. An index table rotates the jig plate(7) and the deflection yoke body(1).
