PROCESS FOR PREPARING POLYAMIDEIMIDE RESIN POLYMER COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A method for producing liquid polyamideimide-based resin polymer composite material is provided for improving friction coefficient and high-temperature property by using a filament winding process. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing liquid polyamideimide(PAI)-based resin polymer composite material comprises mixing PAI-based resin with N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP) as a solvent by a mechanical stirrer in a weight ratio of 100:100-300, to dissolve the resin and produce the PAI resin solution; impregnating the PAI resin solution in carbon fibers and forming by a filament winding process. The resultant product is placed into a curing apparatus and maintained for 2-3 hours at 200 deg.C to remove the volatile solvent.
