PURPOSE: A fixing device of a spare tire for a vehicle is provided to improve the workability of spare tire exchange and to prevent a fixed spare tire from being unfixed. CONSTITUTION: Brackets(3,4) are fixed to the rear of body frames(1,2) at regular intervals. Guide rails(5,6) are fixed to the both sides of the lower face of the bracket. A spare tire stand(8) slides along the guide rails. A chain(9) and a chain return handle(10) connect and fix the spare tire stand. Wherein the spare tire stand consists of supporting rods(11,12) disposed at regular intervals, a guide shaft(13) connected to the supporting rods, guide roller(14,15) combined to the guide shaft and supported by the guide rails, stand rods(16,17) connected to intersect the middle part of the supporting rods, and a spare tire fixing part(18) fixed to the intersected part of the supporting rods.
