PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a trail link is provided to improve the drivability, braking performance and forming capacity of a trail link bracket, by fixing a connecting part of a trail link between a vertical face of a rear frame and a vertical part of a trail link bracket, and increasing an inclined degree of a trail link. CONSTITUTION: A rear flame(30), which consists of an upper seat face(31) contacted to a center floor(10), a vertical face(32) extended from the upper seat face to the downward vertically, a horizontal face(33) at right angles to the vertical face, and a lower seat face(34) contacted to an inner side seal(6A), is connected between a side seal(6) and a center floor(10). A trail link bracket(40), which consists of a horizontal part(41) contacted to the horizontal face of the rear flame and a vertical part(42) at right angles to the horizontal part, is parallel mounted on the rear flame and the vertical face. A reinforcing bracket(70), which consists of a horizontal part(71) and a vertical part(72) at right angles to the horizontal part, is mounted in the inner of the rear flame and supports the rear flame.
