PURPOSE: A digital x-ray detector using a thin film transistor is provided to prevent cutting of a grounding wire. CONSTITUTION: In a pixel of an x-ray detector panel, a thin film transistor(3) is formed at an intersection between a gate line(102) in a row direction and a drain line(104) in a column direction. Also, a grounding wire(106) is formed as a common electrode grounded commonly with adjacent pixels, and a storage capacitor(S) is formed by a first and a second storage electrodes(108,112). In addition, a pixel electrode(110) is formed to cover the thin film transistor(3), electrically connected to the second storage electrode(112), and electrically connected to a source electrode(33) through a source contact hole(54). The first storage electrode(108) has a dented portion(A") at a border(B) with the grounding wire(106), reducing the likelihood of the cutting of the grounding wire(106).
