PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermented extract of grape residue excellent in a hematopoietic function is provided, which can reutilize grape seed, skin, and stem. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing fermented extract of grape residue comprises the steps of: gathering seeds, barks and stalk of grape; crushing and heating the residue at a temperature of 40-60°C; fermenting with air in 1m¬3 fermenter, at moisture content of 57-84%, temperature at 40-60°C and pH 6.5-7.0 for 3 weeks, wherein microorganisms being in grape's barks are penetrated again to biomass; fermenting again in same condition of first fermenting process, during this step repeating decomposing of seed and crushing the fermented materials; filtering the fermented materials and crushing it finely through third, fourth crushing step; and separating sugar and alcohol to obtain fermented extract of grape residue. |
