PURPOSE: A seat installation device improves the safety of a passenger by rotating the seat to the inside of a car in case of a side collision. CONSTITUTION: A seat installation device comprises interior/exterior seat legs(9,11), interior/exterior seat tracks(13,15), the separating device of the exterior seat leg(11) and the rotating device of the interior seat leg(9). The interior/exterior seat legs(9,11) are formed at the lower part of the seat frame(1) supporting the seat cushion(3). The interior/exterior seat tracks(13,15) installed at the car body make the interior/exterior seat legs(9,11) slide at the longitudinal direction of the car body. The separating device of the exterior seat leg(11) formed between the exterior seat track(15) and exterior seat leg(11) separates the exterior seat leg from the exterior seat track in case of a collision. The rotating device of the interior seat leg formed between the interior seat track(13) and interior seat leg(9) rotates the seat separated by the seat leg separating device centering around interior seat track and interior seat leg. Therefore, the seat installation device increases the safety of a passenger by rotating a seat to the inside of the car.
