REMOVING APPARATUS OF TINE PLATE BY RISING TO THE SURFACE OF AIR

PURPOSE: A device for conveying a thin plate using an air rising is provided to prevent a thin plate from being damaged and simultaneously reduce noise due to frictions by conveying or stopping the thin plate using a compressed air. CONSTITUTION: The device conveys or stops a thin plate(10) laid on both sides of a supporting rail(20) and simultaneously performs an operation such as a wire bonding and includes a conveying unit(30) and a stopping unit. The conveying unit has a large number of spraying holes(32) which respectively are formed at a constant distance along to the progressing direction of the thin plate for one side of the supporting rail, rise the thin plate to a constant height from the upper surface of the supporting rail by a compressed air and simultaneously spray the compressed air in incline in the direction that the thin plate is conveyed. The stopping unit has a large number of suction holes which respectively are formed at a constant distance along to the progressing direction of the thin plate for one side of the supporting rail and draw the thin plate toward to the supporting rail by vacuum absorption to stop.
