PURPOSE: A portable mobile telephone is provided to equip a device for synthesizing inputted signals and for minimizing peripheral inflow noises, and to combine a microphone with an earphone and then inserting a function key capable of transmitting or terminating calls so as to reduce an inflow capacity of the peripheral noises. CONSTITUTION: A microphone/earphone integral mode(8) compares many voice signals inputted through a microphone unit. If the compared voice signals are normal, the microphone/earphone integral mode(8) amplifies the voice signals to output the amplified voice signals. If the compared voice signals are abnormal signals including peripheral noises, the microphone/earphone integral mode(8) suppresses noise components to output the voice signals. A transmitting/communication terminating function key(9) supplies the voice signals to a phone plug according to a switching operation. A signal detector is located in a body of a mobile terminal, and detects a signal according to an operation of the transmitting/communication terminating function key(9).
