PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a testing period and a testing cost and eliminate burden on workers. SOLUTION: In this method, a work W as a test sample is clamped at its rear end by a work clamp 1 with its end bent at an almost right angle. A brushing tool 5 provided at the end of a rotating shaft 3 is put in contact with a ridge at the end of the work W while being rotated and the work W is machined at its length by the brushing tool 5 and then the ridge of the work W is repeated to be machined at its end and when the end of the rotating shaft 3 is exposed, the service life of the brushing tool comes to an end.
