PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain washing quality over a long period of time by constituting members requiring wall thickness of steel, and applying rust preventive treatment by a cation electrodeposition coating method to the surface of the members to be exposed to washing liquid of the steel. SOLUTION: Washing jigs 20 for mounting work 100 on second - sixth stations 4-8 are provided on a frame of a washer. Furthermore, a pair of transfer bars 21 for conveying the work 100 crossing the washing jigs 20 are installed there over first - sixth stations 3-8. The washing jigs 20, the transfer bars 21, and members, or the like, incidental to them are constituted of steel having a prescribed wall thickness, and to each member made of the steel, cation electrodeposition coating for obtaining corrosion resistance is applied. In this way, washing quality can be maintained over a long period of time.
