PURPOSE: A structure is provided to accomplish user convenience while allowing a correct and easy measuring of the powder milk. CONSTITUTION: A structure is characterized in that a powder milk coupling portion(80) has at an inner surface thereof a circular groove(81) so as to be press-fixed to a track of the powder milk cylinder, a screw thread(75) of a measuring portion(70) is coupled to another screw thread. The measuring portion is coupled with a lower ring(30), closing/opening cap(50) which has a circular groove(52) coupled with a sealing ring(40), and an opening/closing protrusion(51) and a sealing protrusion(41) are fitted to a closing/opening lengthened groove(62) of a measuring cup(60). Then, an upper ring(20) is coupled with the lower ring.
