PURPOSE: An advanced wastewater treatment is provided, which is characterized in that organic materials, nitrogen, and phosphate is removed efficiently. CONSTITUTION: Wastewater flows from first anoxic tank(1) into first aeration tank(2), and secondary anoxic tank(3) secondary aeration tank(4) sedimentation tank(5), and a portion of sludge(6) and wastewater is returned to first anoxic tank(1), and a surplus of wastewater flows into secondary anoxic tank(3), and fermentation broth(9) is injected from fermentation tank(7) into secondary anoxic tank(3) to supply external carbon source for performing a denitrification, and a portion of wastewater is returned from secondary aeration tank(4) into secondary anoxic tank(3), and a surplus of wastewater flows into sedimentation tank(5), and separation of solid and liquid is happened.
