PURPOSE: A method for constructing a private virtual network in an internet protocol network is provided to embody a remote control system, a remote reading system and a remote method system in the internet protocol network by connecting equipments such as a telephone, a videophone, various electronic products, a water meter and an electric meter without a change or an issue of a specific internet protocol address in a network for using a current internet protocol and efficiently controlling and supporting equipments. CONSTITUTION: An internet protocol connector device manager(IPCDM) controls and manages an ID of an internet protocol connector device(IPCD)(3) and combination information of an internet protocol(IP) address, manages information of a communication subject included in the IPCD(3), and mediates a communication between IPCDs(3). The IPCDM receives the communication subject attached to the IPCD(3) and an IP address of the IPCD(3) to register the communication subject and the IP address and performs an authentication to the IPCD(3) when performing the register. The IPCDM performs an authentication for checking an access permission to an applicant when a specific host(6) existed in an internet protocol network requests a connection to a specific communication subject, provides information to the requested communication subject, and permits an authentication so that the applicant is approached to the communication subject.
