PURPOSE: An air dispersion plate and a nozzle for an incinerating furnace of a flowing layer and a method for aligning the nozzle are provided to differently supply air flow by differently aligning the nozzles on the dispersion plate per layer for forming a circulation flow in the respective layers and removing incombustible substances fallen on the dispersion plate out of the furnace speedily. CONSTITUTION: In an air dispersion plate and a nozzle for an incinerating furnace of a flowing layer and a method for aligning the nozzle, the furnace is formed in the shape of a square or a circle, and the dispersion plate have dispersion nozzles which are disposed more at a part around a discharge hole and less at a part far from the discharge hole or have an opening of which size is different from each other in the range of 3mm to 42mm, so that the nozzles are disposed uniformly in the interval in the traverse or radial direction and differently in the longitudinal or peripheral direction in the distance between the nozzles, and numbers and areas of the nozzles.
