MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SYNTHETIC LEATHER FOR SHEET

PURPOSE: A process for producing synthetic leather useable in sheet is provide to improve flame-retardant, wear-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant and weather-resistant properties by coating the leather with particular film composition. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a first step of padding treatment the base fabric composed of rayon and cotton knit with 25% brominated diphenyl oxide solution; a second step of forming skin film by coating the first skin film composition to the releasing paper and drying it; a third step of reinforcing skin film by coating the second skin film composition to the obtained skin film; a fourth step of dry coating the skin film by laminating an adhesive composition to the flame-retardant treated base fabric; a fifth step of post-treatment such as drying, aging, separating the releasing paper, immersing the fabric into the flame-retardant solution and folding the fabric. The polyurethane composition is a urethane resin made of diisocyanate and polyol components.
