PURPOSE: An on/off apparatus of warning flare using solar energy is provided to devise a safe driving and be unnecessary of a wire providing electric power and do not generate a cost of a power consumption by performing on/off by providing a solar battery or an output voltage of a battery with a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: An electric power unit(30) charges a battery(32) with an electric energy transformed by a solar battery. A display unit(20) is mounted with a plurality of light emitting diodes(LEDs). An LED driving unit(50) performs on/off of the light emitting diode(LED) by providing the solar battery(31) or the output voltage of the battery(32) to the display unit(20). A multi vibrator(60) generates a pulse signal of a regular frequency so that the light emitting diode(LED) of the display unit(20) becomes on and off. A humidity detecting unit(40) drives the multi vibrator(60) according to the humidity of the air or the output voltage of the solar battery(31).
