PURPOSE: An ink transmission system and a method for refilling developing solution of a wet process electro-photographic color printer are provided to increase the efficiency of a system since the standardized cartridge is able to be used for refilling condensed ink as well as carrier. CONSTITUTION: An ink transmission system and a method for refilling developing solution of a wet process electro-photographic color printer includes a plurality of circulation tanks(400) for storing developing solution mixed with toner and liquid carrier and having a device for measuring a density of the developing solution, a waste tank(200) receiving waste developing solution generated in the plurality of the circulation tank and having an agitator for agitating the waste developing solution, a plurality of ink storage tanks(300) storing predetermined color of condensed ink to be supplied to the circulation tanks and having an ink agitator(316) driven by single driving source installed respectively, a carrier storage tank(700) storing carriers to be supplied to the circulation tanks and having a slanted bottom surface to serially store water condensed by dry and condense unit and liquid carrier in the state of phase-divided, and a unit for refilling the developing solution and removing waste developing solution(100) for refilling condensed ink or carrier in the ink storage tank or the carrier storage tank and retrieving the waste developing solution stored in the waste tank in a hollow refill cartridge.
