DOUBLE CYCLONE FOR MEASURING AND CONTROLLING SUSPENDING PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A double cyclone is provided to eliminate over load and prevent air pollution by applying centrifugal force to particles again in the same space after applying first centrifugal force to separate the particles again. CONSTITUTION: An outer barrel-shaped body(3) is closed in the upper end with an upper plate(2) and communicated with an inlet port(1) in one upper side, and has a lower tapered tube(4) in the lower side. An inner barrel-shaped body(7) is fixed to the inner bottom side of the upper plate(2), and has an upper tapered tube(6) and defines first space(5) between the outer barrel-shaped body(3). An outlet pipe(9) is inserted into the lower part of the inner barrel-shaped body(7) interposing a space therebetween, and fixed to the lower tapered tube(4) to define an outlet port(10). The diameter of the inlet port(1) is larger than that of the first space(5), and the diameter of the first space(5) is bigger than that of the outlet pipe(9).
