PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to improve a display quality by fixing a spacer in the liquid crystal display device, and to reduce exchange time a lamp assemble by simplifying an assemble process. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises a mold frame(110) which has a through hole of a rectangular shape ranging from an upper plane to a lower plane. A bottom chassis(120) closes a lower plane of the mold frame(110), and a lamp assembly(200) is installed a base plane of the bottom chassis(120) to emit a ray of light. A diffusion plate(130) of a rectangular shape is installed at top of the lamp assembly(200), and is spaced apart from the lamp assembly(150). A plurality of spacers(150) are installed between the bottom chassis(120) and the diffusion plate(130), and supports the diffusion plate(130). An LCD panel(140) is installed at an upper plane of the mold frame(110), and displays information. A top chassis(180) surrounds an area from an edge of the LCD panel(140) to a side plane of the mold frame(110).
