PREPARATION METHOD OF REUSABLE & FLUID CARRIER ADSORBING EFFLUENT HYDROCARBON GROUP

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a reusable & fluid carrier adsorbing an effluent hydrocarbon group is provided, to reuse a fluid carrier after extracting pollutants absorbed thereon, and not to cause secondary pollution on the surface of water or ground. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a granular absorbent is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) grinding rhyolite up to 1-10 mm size and roasting at 150-200°C for 30-60 min; and (ii) manufacturing a granular adsorbent which is expanded 350 fold, by contracting material at 5-10 atm. A preparation method of a fluid carrier is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) spraying a particle type of adsorbent by 0.2 cubic meter per square meter on acryl resin plate of width and length of 200 cm x 500 cm and blowing hot air of 30-80°C in maintaining distance of spray at regular intervals of 50 cm-70 cm; and (ii) manufacturing a carrier having a diameter of 0.01-0.1 mm by spraying in height of 70 cm-120 cm from the ground.
