摘要 PURPOSE: A method for optimizing a system state is provided to optimize the system state even when a redundancy switching process is performed, by implementing attributes and values corresponding to redundancy boards of an equipment circuit pack managed object in a base station subsystem agent of a telecommunication management network. CONSTITUTION: An alarm is generated in an A board if the A board is deviated and demounted when the A board is in an activated state and a B board is in a stand-by state. A switch over status message is generated by the alarm to perform a redundancy switching process. Information that the A board is normal and the B board is abnormal is loaded into the message. An attribute value of an equipment circuit pack managed object is reflected as a new value. The B board is operated as an activated state and the A board is in a stand-by state. If the B board is deviated and demounted, an alarm is generated. A switch over status message including information that the A board is normal and the B board is abnormal is generated, to perform a redundancy switching process. An attribute value of the managed object is reflected as a new value.
