PURPOSE: A moisture removal device of a brake disc is provided to improve the braking efficiency by automatically detecting moisture on the surface of a disc and wiping the moisture. CONSTITUTION: A rotary bar(7) is rotated by a driving motor(10) and forms screw threads on the both ends. A couple of fixing plates(4) come and goes along the rotary bar. A pad stand(3) is equipped on the fixing plate through a shock damped spring(8). A couple of pads for moisture removing(2)(2') are mounted on the pad stand and are contacted or separated from a brake disk by the reciprocating motion of the fixing plate. A pad pressure sensor(14) measures the compressing force of the pads for moisture removing. A disk moisture sensor(13) detects the moisture of the brake disk. An electric control unit(15) rotates the driving motor until the pressure of the pad pressure sensor reaches to the fixed value when there is the output of the disk moisture sensor.
