发明名称 THERMOPLASTIC ALIPHATIC POLYESTER HAVING HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND BIODEGRADABILITY, AND A METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A high molecular weight thermoplastic aliphatic polyester resin having bio-degradable ability is provided for accomplishing higher melting point and better mechanical strength than conventional homopolymer to form various formed articles processed products. CONSTITUTION: The high molecular weight thermoplastic aliphatic polyester resin having bio-degradable ability is produced by the first step of performing esterification by dehydrating aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, aliphatic diol and at least one aliphatic diol excluding the former as the third component at 160-200 deg.C under nitrogen stream layer; after completing the dehydration, introducing 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of the titanium catalyst based on 100 parts by weight of oligomer of formula 1(wherein R1 and R4 are alkyl or cyclo-alkyl groups derived from aliphatic diol; R2 is alkyl or alkenyl groups derived from aliphatic dicarboxylic acid; p is polymerization degree required to achieve 20,000-200,000 of number mean molecular weight of thermoplastic aliphatic polyester resin; a', c each are polymerization degree of repeating units) and performing de-glycol reaction at 215-240 deg.C under reduced pressure. The third component is contained in an amount of 5-30mol% relative to 100mol% of total aliphatic diol.
