摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for electrifying an optical conductive layer for manufacturing a dry electrophotographical screen of a cathode ray tube are provided to electrify uniformly an optical conductive layer by handling a distance between an inner face of a panel and a discharge electrode. CONSTITUTION: A current detection portion(78) outputs a digital value of a detected current of a facing electrode(32). A control portion(77) outputs a rising signal for raising a current and a falling signal for falling the current. A pulse motor drive portion(76) applies the current to a pulse motor(75) according to the rising signal and the falling signal. The pulse motor(75) is rotated according to an output of the pulse motor drive portion(76). A reciprocating motion portion(72) converts the rotation motion of pulse the motor(75) to an up and down motion of a discharge electrode.
