PURPOSE: Provided are novel organic salts represented by the formula (I) and useful for the prevention and treatment of liver disease. In particular, l-lysine salt and L-arginine salt, ethanolamine salt have superior pharmaceutical effect, no toxicity and excellent solubility in water. CONSTITUTION: Organic salts represented by the formula (I), L-lysine salt, L-arginine salt, ethanolamine salt, are provided. In the formula, R is hydrogen or C1-3 of low alkyl group, and organic amine is L-lysine, L-arginine or ethanol amine. The water soluble organic salt of the formula(I) is manufactured by reacting a compound of the formula (II) with organic chlorine selected from L-lysine, L-arginine and ethanolamine in the presence of water and low alcohol. In the formula, R is hydrogen, and C1-3 of low alkyl group, and organic amine is L-lysine, L-arginine or ethanolamine.
