PURPOSE: A subway's seat concession message bell is provided to induce natural seat concession between the person who concedes the seat, the person who benefits from the concession, and the third party, and to accomplish natural character developments of the society members and consideration for the neglected individuals such as the aged and the disabled individuals. CONSTITUTION: A subway's seat concession message bell is composed of installation, posting up of information posters, and playback of seat concession message. The message bell(1) is installed near the window(7), which is located on top of the aged and the disabled individuals' seat(3). The switch(2) is installed at a spot distant from the aged and the disabled individuals' seat, for example near the opposite seat. Information posters(6) are placed on the subway doors(4) or the walls(6). The poster displays messages that read, "Please reserver these seats for the aged and the disabled individuals" and "Please press the message bell to play the seat concession message".
