PURPOSE: A rolling restraint device of a vehicle is provided to increase the degree of designing freedom for rolling restraint device and impact stiffness, by mounting a rolling restraint device not to cross a sub-frame. CONSTITUTION: A roll restraint device(100), whose one side is inserted and fixed into the one side of a lower arm(200) of torsion bar(100)-shape joined to a sub-frame(30) through a bush, the other side is fixed to a left(31) and a right member(32) of the sub-frame in order to be not rotated. And the roll restraint device consists of a cylinder part(110) fixed on the lower arm, a square section part9120) fixed on the sub-frame by a bolt(300) and a towing hook(130) expanded from the square section part to the front side.
