PURPOSE: A rotor of a BLDC motor is provided to improve motor efficiency by minimizing inverse torque generation when an angle of lead is controlled and satisfying a high velocity low torque property and a low velocity high torque property. CONSTITUTION: Permanent magnets(11) of SPM type are attached to a rotor core(2) and have an interval corresponding to a central angle of a predetermined rotational shaft. When a control of lead angle of 60° is performed, a phase of a current goes ahead as much as 60° relative to a flux, thereby generating an inverse torque. Angle between the permanent magnets has a central angle correspond to the phase of 60° and the flux is controlled to correspond to the current according to the 60° lead angle control, serving to preventing the inverse torque from being generated.
