The present invention essentially relates to a method that involves acting on a surface to be treated (5) with a cavitating flow of liquid which is injected under pressure through a cavitation nozzle (1). The method also involves chemically and physically modifying the liquid. The modification agent is supplied through a group of channels (6) and may consist of suspended particles and/or of easily-soluble high-molecular polymers, or else, of at least one chemically active gas which is capable of reacting with the liquid of the cavitating flow due to its thermodynamic properties. |
