PURPOSE: A shock absorbing structure of a roof panel of a vehicle is provided to effectively absorb the impact in a roof frame, by forming holes on a shock absorbing member welded to a roof frame. CONSTITUTION: A roof panel(20) is welded to the upper of a roof frame. A garnish(30) is combined to the inner of the roof frame. A shock absorbing member(40) is mounted between the garnish and the roof frame in order to absorb the shock applied to the garnish. Specially, the shock absorbing member forms several holes(41) in the front part.
