PURPOSE: A magnetic head for a magneto-optical disk is provided to reduce a load through forming a specific composition on a contact portion of the magnetic head and a disk, and to reduce a spacing loss while improving magnetizing characteristic in a contact method of a core and the disk. CONSTITUTION: A core(1) of a sputtering chamber is placed on a jig. Then, a film layer is obtained on a surface of the Mn-Zn ferrite core by mixing metallic target and organic mixture target. Then, a bobbin(3) wound up by coils(2) is inserted to a central portion of the core. The core is installed on a suspension in an ultrasonic staking method. Herein, a head core and a disk are directly contacted for reducing a spacing loss while improving magnetizing characteristic.
