摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to be capable of minimizing a crosstalk phenomenon and repairing a badness owing to a short circuit between respective lines. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines(20) and a plurality of data lines(40) are arranged in a matrix on a transparent substrate. A thin film transistor is formed at each intersection of the gate lines(20) and the data lines(40) and a gate electrode(30), a source electrode, a drain electrode, the first insulation film, an amorphous silicon layer, a doped amorphous silicon layer, and an etch stop layer. A pixel electrode(90) and a common electrode(100) are formed in each pixel partitioned by the gate lines and the data lines. The pixel electrode(90) and the common electrode(100) are arranged in parallel with the data lines(40) and in turn. A common electrode line(110) is formed on the second insulation film together with the data line(40). The common electrode line(110) is arranged in parallel with the data line(40) so as to cross the center of each pixel. The common electrode line(110) is connected to the common electrode(100).
