PURPOSE: The titled real-time image-processing method comprising changing a detected image signal to a digital signal, determining the changed patterns, determining the place and angel of a plating nozzle and determining the position of a steel sheet is provided, which can solve plating defective caused by the movement of the center of a plated steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: This real-time image-processing method comprises the steps of: storing a standard pattern of a plating nozzle differently exhibited by a place and angle to the plating steel sheet in a pattern generation part; changing an image signal of a plated steel sheet detected through a CCD camera to a sensing pattern of a digital signal; determining an identity of the standard pattern and sensing pattern; determining the place and angel of a plating nozzle; and determining the position of a steel sheet.
