发明名称 VARIABLE DAMPING MECHANISM OF SUSPENSION
摘要 PURPOSE: A variable damping device of a suspension is provided to freely varying the damping force in high pressure environment, by controlling a fluid mass of a fixed orifice through a fixed orifice and a solenoid valve, so a used condition is not restrained and a production cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(50) is equipped on a frame and is divided to a gas room(52) and a pressure room(51). A piston(60), which one end is joined to a body and the other end is contained in the pressure room, transfers the shock force of wheels to the pressure room. A flow control device(70) is equipped in the cylinder and controls the damping force by controlling the flow going/returning between the pressure room and the gas room. The first orifice(71) is equipped on the passage connecting the pressure room and the gas room, and damps. A solenoid valve(73) is equipped in series on the second orifice equipped parallel on the first orifice and controls the flow passing through the second orifice.
