The object at issue refers to a novel and functional model of disposable toilet (1), having a body with hexagonal form (2), to be manufactured, preferably in cardboard and having an absorbing material or "diaper" (3) pressed and located in the interior of its compartment (4). The double walls (5) allow it to be folded in a "C" form, in order to lodge the set in the interior of a packaging like a "bag" (7) and the flaps (8) of the upper part, when folded towards the interior of the toilet (1), serve as support for the baby.
