A vinyl chloride resin composition with excellent weatherability and impact strength which comprises (a) a vinyl chloride resin, (b) a graft copolymer which is obtained by grafting a monomer ingredient (b2) comprising 40 to 100 wt.% methyl methacrylate and 0 to 60 wt.% at least one member selected from the group consisting of alkyl acrylates, alkyl methacrylates, unsaturated nitriles, and aromatic vinyl compounds onto a crosslinked rubber polymer (b1 ) obtained mainly from an alkyl acrylate and in which the components soluble i n methyl ethyl ketone have an ~sp/c of 1 to 5 as measured on 0.2g/100 cc aceto ne solution at 30~C, and (c) calcium carbonate; and a multilayered molded artic le having a layer formed from the composition as a surface layer or inner layer .
