According to switched capacity of heater, a magnetic field builds up. Coil is used to detect magnet field. Alternating voltage is induced in coil and is rectified, amplified and used to light LED indicator. As soon as first switch stage activates heater, magnetic field is created and first diode indicates 50 percent capacity. At 100 per cent capacity both diodes are activated. Flow type water heater has coil (1) placed directly on it at distance sufficient for alternating voltage to be induced in coil. Induced voltage is amplified (2-7) and fed to half-wave rectifier (9-13) and DC voltage is fed to comparators (18,19). Sensitivity of switch stage for heat can be set with potentiometers (16,17). Digital output of comparators is encoded with security key and sent to send module (24). Encoded signal is decoded (30) at receiver module (29). Low current LEDs (37,38) light up. |
