PURPOSE: A pen diary in which a ball pen is inserted into a groove internally formed in a general diary or note is provided, to exclude the need of a separate pen carried in a user's pocket or a cover of the diary. CONSTITUTION: A pen diary comprise a vacant space internally formed in the left side, right side, upper part or lower part of a diary or note and a pen inserted in the space.
