A frame is disclosed which includes a channel member (38, 41, 43, 45) of substantially rigid material, the channel member (38, 41, 43, 45) being bent at predetermined fold lines (25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) so as to define the frame and the channel member having cut-out portions (14) at predetermined cut locations so as to facilitate forming of the frame when the channel member is bent. A method of constructing the frame is also disclosed which includes the steps of providing an elongate web (10) of substantially rigid material, cutting the web (10) at predetermined cut locations so as to form a cut web (12) having a plurality of cut out portions (14) defining a predetermined pattern, and bending the cut web (12) along the predetermined fold lines (25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) so as to define the frame. |
